    要做完更多的工作,我们就得少做点儿

    《哈佛商业评论》(Harvard Business Review)10月号发表一项为期四年的研究,这一具有划时代意义的研究似乎证实了,放下工作能够给工作带来意想不到的好处。

    这个试验并不是降低工作中的“有益强度”,比如需要不断学习,全情投入工作等。此次研究针对的是所谓的“有害强度”,即感觉自己没有时间真正地摆脱工作,对工作没有控制感,没有机会提出问题来明确工作重点等。

    总是工作到很晚或许说明他的工作习惯不好,让人担心他能否把工作进行正确的分配,并知道轻重缓急。

    如果人们有条理、善于计划的话,他的工作就会做得好。要实现这样的改变,你需要挑战自己,说:我现在每天或每周都要拿出一段时间什么工作都不做,那么我该怎样在现有的时间里把工作完成呢?这就意味着你会睁大眼睛寻找自己工作中可以改进的地方。
